The admissible length for bending and shearing is 5 meters
Surface coating:
- Liquid paints:
Application is done on the basis of the DUPONT process
- Special liquid paints & chalking, electrolytic or chemical
surface treatment
The company works with highly qualified partner companies and
carries out some of the operations in-house.
Coatings include ZN/CD/SN/CR/NICS/CRdhard/ALODINE/Oxidation
Serigraphy :
Serigraphy is done on the front facade of various materials:
- Lexan
- Anodised aluminium
- Painted or treated steel and aluminium
Prints may be done on metals and plastics
Assembly:
Cousin assemblies electromechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic units
and sub-units according to specifications.

Parts are systematically controlled before delivery to the customer
All products made come with a compliance certificate mentioning
the dimensions
